Love this. So easy yo use and gets the hair at the root. Be sure to not push it into you face. Just let it touch the skin. I use on my face and arms. It can be painful the first time you use. Once you get through the first time, very easy and no pain. Great ergonomic design!

It performs its function effectively; however, caution is advised as it easily cause cuts if used repeatedly on the same area. It pulled the skin even with minimal pressure, resulting in a small scar. I have since ceased using it.

If you've never used an epilator before and are wondering exactly what it feels like, here it is.This feels EXACTLY like what getting a tattoo feels like (sorry if you've never gotten a tattoo), it feels like tiny needles puncturing your skin. Particularly, what shading feels like, since it's a wider surface than what line work for a tattoo feels like.Think about all the places that are super sensitive - if you wouldn't get a tattoo on your armpit then I wouldn't advise going straight to the pits or the bikini line right off the bat with an epilator. Start on the thickest part of your forearm.If you imagine you're getting a tattoo while doing this it can actually help you get through the pain. For me, it's a 2/10 for places like the forearm and the top of the thigh/behind the calf. But going closer to the suuuper sensitive parts can get the pain up to a 7/10.This works really well, you need to go over areas about 5 times to get it completely smooth if you're pretty hairy, but it's worth it imo and its faster than you'd think!The last thing I will say is that it doesn't ALWAYS pull the hair from the root - if you're going too fast it can break the hair off close to the skin, so go slowly and work in sections as opposed to full length sweeps.I'm excited to use the trimmer and the callouse remover - it's a good price for the quality of the product, so go for it if your brave! :)

I always used to only use an epilator but was interested that this one has a shaver attachment as well. So I gave it a try. The epilator is good but I’m loving that I can do a quick dry shave if I need to. The shaver works really well and left my legs smooth and I didn’t even prep them the way I should have. This is a cool little tool. I’m sure I’ll use the callus remover too at some point. Also the charge power lasts really long. Longer than any other high end epilator I’ve used before. They usually die on me in 30 mins. This one kept going for over an hour.

The epilator head is absurdly painful (kind of what I expected, so I just took the pain for the sake of being hairless) aaaaand it didn’t make me hairless. Even after COUNTLESS swipes, my legs still had tiny little prickly hairs everywhere. Quite frankly, i don’t think the pain is worth still having stubble on my legs. The whole point is to completely remove the hair. I was so excited after reading the reviews too, so I don’t know if I just got one that isn’t super strong or something (I tried both speed levels) but it really didn’t work like it said it would. Very disappointing, a total waste of my money. The shaver head was ok, which is the only reason I didn’t give it 1 star.
