Great Heating and Cooling Pad for All Your Needs
I have used the MOQY Moor Heating Pad for the last week, and I love it. In short, it works great as a heating or a cooling pad. If you are looking for a product to help with muscle aches (especially back or neck soreness), this pad has my highest recommendation.SHIPPING TIME: The product arrived as stated within two days of purchase.PACKAGING: The product was well packaged. The box and contents made me feel like it was a quality product. The instructions were clear, although they did sound like a non-native English speaker had written them. This did not prevent me from understanding the instructions at all. The package arrived with instructions, the pad, and a fabric bag to store the pad in.PROs:- Pad is hefty and well-constructed. The plastic covering is thick and well-made.- Pad is easy to use. The shape is perfect for applying to the lower back, around the neck or between the shoulder blades.- Pad heated up quickly in the microwave (2 minutes and 30 seconds using an 1100 watt microwave)- Pad cooled down in the freezer quickly. Fifteen minutes was long enough to get it noticeably cool.- Pad was pliable but firm enough that I could shape it as I needed- Pad stayed very hot for about 20-25 minutes, and stayed warm for about 40. I was using the pad between my back and a couch cushion, so this might have helped trap heat in better.- Pad stayed very cold for about thirty minutes, and cool for much longer than that.CONs: I only have one complaint with the pad. If you put it in the microwave and heated it for the entire time (I found 2:30 to be the perfect amount), it would develop "hot" and "cool" areas in the mud inside. I found two solutions. Either stop the microwave halfway through and move the pad to a different area on the microwave tray, or massage the mud once I pulled the pad out to better distribute the heat throughout the mud. Still really enjoyed the pad.WHAT I WISH IT HAD: I did attempt to use it on my ankle. The pad is quite large, and it would be nice if it had a way to keep it wrapped around a joint. I ended up securing it temporarily with an Ace bandage or keeping my ankle against the couch to keep the pad in place. I would still recommend the pad to friends and family. As a side note, the product did have a strong smell when it came out of the package. The smell disappeared after the first time I heated it in the microwave.

Heats evenly, thin
Hubby and I have gone through several iterations of heating pads. Some electric so they tether us essentially to one place and some filled with granules of some sort etc. Our two most recent grain-filled heating pads were otherwise fine but ended up with holes, sprinkling the contents around the house. Time to try something different.MOQY isn't the cheapest cordless pad. I chose it because should work equally well either heated or chilled (I'm yet to test the cooling effect). It is also rather thin; the granule filled ones tend to be thick(er) and sometimes lumpy and the contents shift easily unless they have smaller sewn compartments. This pad is somewhat stiff until it is warmed up and it heats evenly without hot spots. Once warm it feels like I'm handling dough. The first time heating I could smell a faintly plasticky odor (not exactly surprising considering the material) but that wasn't strong or bothersome. I have been heating it for 1 min on either side and then adding 15 sec on either side; that has made it nicely warm & it stays warm for a long time. The pad slips into a cotton pocket that has an elastic strap with good Velcro so you can attach this around your back or stomach and parade around the house without losing the heating pad. Since it is so thin, it creates very little bulk under clothing. Because of its shape one can arrange it along an arm or leg (so it has more use than just for back or stomach) but then you would need another strap to keep it in place.I hope our cats won't take a liking to the heating pad and puncture holes in the plastic cover because I would like to keep this a long time.Update: We have now used this pad daily for about 4 weeks. My husband is of the opinion that this is the BEST heating pad that we have ever had. I must also add that the seller is very responsive to any questions one might have.

Excellent for Chronic Back pain!
This heating pad is absolutely amazing! I was thoroughly impressed. I have chronic back pain and my job requires a lot of standing. I will periodically use heating pads to ease the inflammation and soreness and while I’ve used other heating pads, they usually end up frustrating me more than they help. That being said, this MOQY moor heating pad really demonstrated to me what a difference a quality hot pad can make.First, it holds heat for a longer period of time compared to other heating pads I’ve used. I believe somewhere between 3-4 hours. Part of the reason for this I think is that it seemed to collect my body heat and use it even after it lost some of it's initial warmth.Second, I can move around easily while using it because of the nifty pouch the pad comes with. It’s a very soft, breathable cloth fabric that doesn’t get uncomfortably warm when used with the hot pad. What I liked most though was that it came with an elastic extender for the straps. I'm not a petite lady and one-size-fits all does not apply to me. So being able to comfortably adjust the straps was very nice.I think my only serious critique is that due to how the pouch straps are designed and the placement of the Velcro itself, I can’t really attach the pack to my ankle or knee if I need to ice/heat them. It really only works as a secured pouch if it’s being used for lower back pain. This bothers me a bit since it is definitely marketed in and on the packaging as a multipurpose heating/cooling pad for everything from back pain to joint inflammations. I know from past knee injuries that worrying about a heating or cooling pad slipping off at night when I rolled around always made falling asleep difficult. So having that security would put that extra perfect touch on an already exemplary product. But overall, as I said before, this is an amazing product and well worth the purchase. I look forward to using it for a long time into the future and I definitely encourage anyone with long-term back pain or inflammations to try this product. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Really easy to use and gives great comfort
I got this for lower back pain and Sciatica. Although I have used it for bellyache as well which also helped a lot as I felt safer than using a hot water bottle.Upon opening the Amazon box I noticed that the packaging of the product was high spec. It looked really professional and was pleasing to the eye. I instantly thought it was a high class product.I normally use a heat pad that is a pain to reset, this, however once it's cold is ready to go again which is brilliant-I haven't got to boil it and let it cool! It kept warm for a long time and came with a little pouch with a velcro strap to attach around your waist. It was the perfect fit. When wearing it it is very slimline and you can hardly tell you are wearing it under your clothes so I was able to wear it to work. You heat this in the microwave and unlike the wheatbag type of heat pad this does not smell at all. This contains mud rather than wheat so it feels nice against your skin as it's not bumpy. It can be used as a cold compress too but I haven't used it for that purpose. I am impressed with this heat pad and I use it almost daily now!

Beyond expectation!
Having suffered chronic lumbar pain for so many years after 3 major surgerys on it, one of my comforts, besides heavy meds, is to apply heat on the area to try and relieve the pain. This was done the old fashioned way by means of a hot water bottle- which varied between a nuclear heat giving skin blisters, or lukewarm pointless applications. So it was that I decided to give this pad a try..and omg what a difference! You can get the pad to just the right heat with practice, but its main feature is that unlike a hot water bottle, this pad actually moulds around your back and warms a much wider surface area than a HWB.So comfortable to wearI was surprised at how the heat long it lasted too! I have worn this at night-when previously getting to sleep had been such a trial- and now, wearing this with no discomfort at all (unlike lying on a lumpy hot water bottle) I can doze off in seconds...and stay asleep too.Can thoroughly recommend it - get one, you wont regret it!

Amazing product
When i first opened the box i was hugely impressed with how it was packaged, i use a lot of hot water bottles or microwave heat pads due to health issues, this is by far the best i have used. It stays warm for a long while, i think it was about 4 hours later and there was still some heat. It really does help for pain, so far i have used it for stomach pains and arthritic back pain. I was worried when i ordered as a lot of the ones that wrap around are tight fitting or dont fit, this has an elastic strap with an extender and it fits lovely and i have found myself walking round the house with it still strapped to me and it stays put. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pain relief
I use this for chronic lower back pain and I will NEVER use a hot water bottle again. This heat pack stays at a comfortable temperature for a long time and is very soothing. I fell asleep and woke up to it still being warm! I have even lay my head on it to soothe a migraine and I could never have done that with a wheat pack due to the smell and dampness. This pack does initially have a slight plasticky odour but it soon disappears. Overall this product is comfortable, very simple to use and is an excellent alternative to wheat packs and hot water bottles. The only thing I'd add would be how warm it gets if you do over heat it but that only happened to me because my partner warmed it up for me and put it on too long! It is on the high end price wise but in the long run it will save you money.

Stays warm for a long period and the strap keeps it in place 👍
Easy to use and the strap is very handy although the pack is weighty which causes it to slip down when I'm standing or walking but it's not a big deal. There is a plastic smell to the pack once heated but it isn't overpowering. There's no dampness after heating like you can get with wheat packs which is lovely and the pack stay warm for a good while so I'm not constantly up and down to reheat. It definitely eases my back pain when it's on as most heat treatments do. I don't get any relief after it's cooled down but I've had quite severe chronic back pain for many years and i wouldn't expect a miracle. It takes quite a few minutes to heat up to my liking but less time than a full kettle to boil for a hot water bottle which is what i usually use.Overall i would recommend this product for anyone who suffers with back pain or bad period pains or stomach aches.
