Over the winter months I wanted to boost my immune system and what better way than eating a little something sweet (better than swallowing tablets)These gummies taste very nice, maybe a bit on the overly sweet side but they are a nice after a meal.The texture is good, not really a chewy gummy like Haribo more of a jelly gummy similar to Jelly Tots but softer.The gummies are supplied in a resealable bag so are easy to access and store, also good for taking with you if you are travelling. Just be aware of keeping out of reach of children as they do look like sweets.Whether they are effective depends on each person, personally I have found they do boost my energy levels slightly but it is too soon to say for sure.
