Earth Origins Women's Sophie Sandals

I was so happy to find these sandals. I am replacing my old ones that I loved. Since these are the same, I know that they will be comfortable, and that I will get many years of good use out of them. The transaction with the seller went extremely smoothly. The order was filled quickly, and the shipment arrived earlier than expected. I will definitely be buying more shoes from the seller.

These Earth Origins were a replacement for a pair I bought direct from Earth Shoes a couple years ago. Those are now my outdoor sandals and this pair I'm reviewing now are indoor only. It didn't take long to realize that the left strap, across the top of my foot, is shorter than the right strap which causes the strap to come out of the buckle almost every time I take them off or put them on. Or could it be the right one is too long? Don't know. At any rate, they're not equal. Earth Shoes have been my favorite shoes for some time but like everything they've become quite expensive especially when shipping is added. I ordered these from Amazon mainly because the price was fair, I didn't have to pay shipping, and returns are easy. I wear the sandals every day and they are so comfortable. I'm glad I bought them but wonder if they're knockoffs because the straps aren't right.

I can’t begin to explain how satisfying it is to have a shoe hug your foot when you have narrow feet. These are true to size ladies and yes, look for and order narrow. You will not have to jump through hoops and overdo the tightening. In fact they’ll likely fit without any adjustments.There is an arch and I personally don’t find that uncomfortable (I really like it actually). They are quite cute for a casual, non-dressy sandal. These shoes are built for walking, and that’s just what I’ll do☺️. Practically forgot they were on after a while.Just wish they had more colors available—that’s the reason I knocked off a star. I really need a nice neutral brown in my size. And I don’t what color they’ve given me, but it sure isn’t navy. Reminds me of a lighter denim blue (it’s definitely NOT the frost gray either, I checked that too). So ended up getting a color I didn’t order 🤷🏾‍♀️ but I like if too much to send back. It’ll do for spring and summer.

I ordered the Sophie Sandal. The shoe fit great (7 narrow) and was comfortable with good arch. I had ordered Sedona Brown, but the actual color when the shoes came was lighter and washed out looking, but I kept them because they fit so well. I then ordered the Navy Blue as a second color as I have a friend who bought a navy pair locally that were also Earth Origins and identical in style, except the heel strap was not removable. I loved the dark, rich color of her navy shoes, but when mine came, the navy color was closer to the Frost Grey color shown in the Sophie photo. I've included a picture of mine and I don't think anyone would call these "Navy Blue". I'll keep them because of the fit and comfort but am very disappointed in the color - hence, the 4 stars instead of 5.

These are very practical, comfortable sandals.

This has been redesigned and the 2nd time I've ordered from this company via Amazon. The first time it was completely different from picture. While they offered a return it will cost me $3.00 to print a label because they did not send one even though they messed up. This shoe is closer but still not the original design as in short strap to attach over top of foot. That makes it loose. Also the others had a side strap whereas thus though tolerable is designed diagagnol. It seems the cusion for the sole of the shoe is thinner. I am a big fan of these shoes or was. They are great if you can get it correctly and not have to pay vs fake free return.
