I bought this to clear some particularly bad black mould marks in the sealant around the bath. It worked ok after a 5 hour application, but still hadn’t cleared. So I tried again, leaving it for 24 hours this time. The results are brilliant and it has nearly all gone. I’m trying one last application on the bits that are left.I don’t normally post reviews, but was so impressed I felt I should.Lessons: you need to cut the tip off the nozzle(!), allow plenty of time and be patient.

this worked very well, except that there were no instructions about how to make the nozzle work, I ended up just cutting the end off.

Didn’t have much effect on the mould in my shower.

This product is genuinely amazing and I highly recommend it. For quite a while our main tub/shower used by all 5 of us in the house has had dark black mold all the way around where the tub meets the walls UNDER the caulk. Like, no amount of me scrubbing or cleaning would be able to touch it because it was underneath. It's bothered me for ages but we were putting off the hassle of actually totally recaulking it, knowing the problem was likely to happen again anyway. I started seeing this product advertised several months ago but I was skeptical. Finally we figured that even at $30, it was worth giving it a shot before recaulking. I applied it last night with the intent to leave it overnight as several reviewers indicated it needed a longer time than the 3-5 hours listed on the package. I did leave it overnight, but I don't think the extra time did anything--when I checked at the 5 hour mark 85% of the mold was totally gone and there was not any greater difference by the morning. I wiped it clean and did another application today on the spots still remaining and 5 hours later it was 99% gone! Caulking still in place exactly as it was, just the black mold underneath vanished. I don't even understand where it went, lol, as the part you wipe clean is just a clear thick gel. Note that when you first squeeze it, a runny liquid comes out at first but this is not the effective product, keep squeezing until it's gel. I did not note any smell, though we kept vent fan on whole time. I highly recommend this product, worth every penny!

I was skeptical at first, as I have tried everything to clean my shower. This actually worked, and I was quite surprised! The gel was easy to apply, and I noticed a huge difference after only 2 hours. (Directions suggest waiting 3-5 hours.) There was no odor whatsoever, and I highly recommend this product to get rid of mold and mildew.

UPDATE: They audaciously have you do return shipping to New South Wales, AUSTRALIA even though it did NOT come to me from that location. That's RIDICULOUS, which means YOU CANNOT ACTUALLY RETURN IT for any reasonable fee, even though it's pointless. Using pure bleach would likely have been better than this was. It didn't do anything for the grout and it did very little only in some spots for the caulk, and our grout and caulk weren't close to black to begin with. The fumes were awful (it does have bleach). We ended up having a fan pointed at it for more than 4-5 days and eventually put vinegar over it (BE CAREFUL WITH THIS! MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VENTILATION) and also had a bowel of baking soda near it. Or maybe the fan alone for longer really did the trick of taking the bleach smell away -- who knows. If it worked GREAT, I'd be ok with a bad small for 3 days -- more than that is just excessive... but it just didn't really do anything. We're getting a refund.

Tried to order a replacement head for the bottle which fell apart after 2 uses. Was told that I had used the product incorrectly and that it was my fault the nozzle snapped, when in fact it was their product that made the nozzle deteriorate when stored away in a cool cupboard along with many other cleaning products. The product was 5 months old, and after a few back and fourths I was offered a replacement.They didn't confirm my address and sent a replacement to the wrong address and now does not respond to any of my emails.The process above took about 2 months just to organize, not worth your time or money.
