Curling Iron Anti-scalded Curling wand Spiral Hair Curler with Ceramic Coating (Ferrari Red)

My hair is curly everywhere except for the crown of my head, that is straight and because I have long layers, it covers most of the curls. I usually just straighten it all, but lately I've been wanting to wear it curly, so I thought I'd use a curling iron to make the curls I don't have naturally. When this arrived I was surprised that the "clip" that holds your hair in place while you curl it doesn't lift like a traditional curling iron, it slides back and forth against the barrel pinching your hair. It was difficult to use and took me an hour and a half to curl the top of my shoulder length hair 😞. However, after a lot of time and frustration, it did work really well, my hair looked great. It's just not practical for every day use, at least not for me. (For those that said it only curls in one direction, you're right, but if you turn the curling iron upside down, that changes the direction of the curl 😉)

Not good for thick hair! Takes a long time doing small sections at a time! However curls come out very nice if you have the time!

Ordered this curler based on some of the excellent reviews; however I had to return it - I must not be as coordinated as some of the reviewers - I found it very cumbersome and awkward to use

I love this curling iron! I have extremely thin hair, and so my hair has never been able to hold a curl for more than 10 mins. With this iron, my curl lasts all day! Highly recommend this product!

I was too scared to try this in my hair after my daughter had to rip out a big chunk of her hair that got stuck inside the clamp on the first try.
