I'm not sure I much like this vest thing. It feels weird against the skin because of it being a sauna suit (I have a sensitivity to certain fabrics). I get that. But for the size selected, the arms felt very restricted while wearing. I know my arms aren't the thinnest but it felt like it was difficult to bend my arms and put the suit on. I don't know if it works as far as me losing weight, because I don't like the feel enough to work out in it. However, the husband really liked the look of it on me.

i ordered an XL and it was still small/tight fitting. The material is good and if it would've fit, I am sure that it would have increased how much i sweat during my workouts.

I was weary of this item once I took it out of the bag but surprisingly it actually does the job!The fabric in the inside of the top made it a little awkward to put on and I wasn't sure if it was going to fit.However, it does fit! The arm length is spot on and overall, it fits OK.The only thing I would say is odd about the top is the way the top fits at your shoulders!I would say order your true size if you want a close fit and size up if you want a looser fit - keep in mind the latter will probably allow for it to be put on more easily!The material feels durable and it does make you sweat a lot.It compresses your arms and midsection. I specifically ordered this top because I didn't want my bust to be compressed. I wouldn't wear this under another top (unless you don't mind that kind of thing).It washes well. I didn't place it in the dryer - just air dry.Overall, it's a solid top (besides the ill fitting at the shoulders) which provides me with the goal that I intended - to sweat a lot - and it's at an affordable price.

This shirt works pretty well, gets ya all sweaty. Just WOAH. The absolute worst smell from the package it came in. Definitely wash before you use

I have other sauna gear, but this is my first long-sleeved top.Now, we all know that sweating off water weight is only temporary. But the real idea behind heating up your core during exercise is that you get a more intense workout and more flexible muscles. That can translate into greater fitness gains in a shorter amount of time. That’s the idea, anyway. Think “hot yoga”.I went for a run in this and I found the interior material created a mildly uncomfortable pull on my arms. There was also (expected) bunching around the waist. I’m small, so this comes down mid-hip on me and inevitably rides up as I move. Not a big deal, but not ideal either.It washed well. No obvious signs of wear or deterioration. I used the gentle cycle with gentle detergent, of course.I did sweat quite a bit and was definitely warm. But honestly, I didn’t perceptibly sweat any more than I do with a sleeveless vest that I own, and that’s a lot more comfortable. This will be useful for me, but it’s not my first choice.

So i think to use this for my cardio workout. It does make me sweat a lot but i don’t know if i swear more with this or just a waist trimmer. I think it’s a decent purchase and worth the money though. I do like it. It’s easy to clean and fits well. I can still wear my waist trimmer under here.
