1. Schedules won’t work most of the time,2. If you have avoid carpet while mopping and if you have a room that can only be accessed after crossing a carpet it will never be mopped3. Bad notification UI4. Robo will be standing somewhere because of some issue, and you won’t be able to find the notification of why it stopped in app easily. It’s there just hard to findIt vacuums and mops perfectly, but it needs lots of human effort because most automation won’t work

It’s not collecting dust to the base station and says always same message “ Please make sure the top cover of the cleaning base station is closed and start collecting dust again”

Let me say that this machine has GREAT POTENTIAL!Once the machine is setup, It mops/buffs the floor really well. My floors looks so shiny after using this machine for the short time I owned it before returning for a refund.The vacuum function on the other hand isn't as good as a roomba i3 or above but it's sufficient enough for hardwood floors.Honestly, everything worked to my satisfaction for about 4-5 days and then the machine started glitching.The mopping robot began having difficulty finding it's way back to the base station for mop washing (cleaning the pads) in the midst of the cleaning assignment.The first time this happened it took about 2-3 minutes for the robot to find the base station, wash the pads and return to mopping the floor.The time increased more and more after each mop washing and cleaning assignment until the robot just stalled / quit searching for the base station altogether.I tried to do a hard reset of the entire system and that's when I couldn't get the base station to reconnect to my wifi or bind with the mopping robot itself ever again. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the leastLet me just say that "This is a FANTASTIC machine when it worked, I'M SERIOUS!"The current price w/ coupon under $500 is an AMAZING PRICE and VALUE for this kind of tech, but that's a moot point if the machine isn't reliable because of software / firmware bugs.The hardware itself is PREMIUM and well built. This is a good looking machine that compliments most modern and contemporary decor nicely.Roidmi, PLEASE FIX THE SOFTWARE / FIRMWARE. YOU HAVE AN AWESOME PRODUCT THAT'S BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL.You are so close to having the PERFECT mopping / vacuum machine ON THE MARKET!I would DEFINITELY buy this machine again once Roidmi has announced or advertised that the firmware is stable and reliable. THE CUSTOMERS WILL KNOCKDOWN YOUR DOORS TO GET THIS PRODUCT!

The machine and docking station are excellent. The function far exceeded our expectation. Very efficient and surprised how well it does in tight spaces n corners. Patience is the key when trying to get the app downloaded and working properly. We had to delete the app and reinstall several times the first few days but i believe we have it now. We have found trying to get it to sync with alexa is kinda mute as all alexa does is turn it on or off.
