Can this be installed on tile walls? What hardware is included?

Yes—heavy-duty stainless steel expansion bolts, a drilling template, and a tile drill bit are included. No measuring needed. For drywall, use stud mounting or hollow-wall anchors for best results.

Will the wood hold up in a wet shower? Does it need oiling?

The teak seat has a double waterproof seal built for humid bathrooms—no extra oiling needed. Just wipe it dry after showering. The frame will never rust or corrode.

When folded, will the seat accidentally drop down and hit someone?

No. The hinge has a damper and magnetic latch that holds the seat firmly upright. It only unfolds when you deliberately pull it, so it won't drop on anyone.

What are the dimensions? Is the seat wide enough for adults?

18 inches wide unfolded for comfortable seating; folds to just 3 inches thick against the wall. Anti-slip grooves and rounded corners.

What is the weight capacity?

Reinforced forged aluminum hinge supports up to 380 lbs static weight.
