Leaks
We’ve had this a couple months now . I’d return it if I knew how. Liquid pools around the bottom and it a small crack along the base. It is damaged. Also, when you pour out the tea it drips onto the counter- this is design flaw.It is a pretty kettle though.

Love the tea pot, want the matching cups.
I love this tea pot but I want the cups in the picture that match. They do not sell these cups anywhere that I can see. I did have to order this twice because the first time it was broken but the second time they sent it in a better box and arrived perfect.

Broken
The product arrived damaged and it is such a hassle to return items. So excited but frustrated it arrived damaged. I bought two in different colors and they came in separate shipping boxes when I ordered them from the same link. I did not even take them all the way out yet because they are packed so tight and I don’t know if I can get them back in the box they came in.

Didn’t pour
The holes in the spout were clogged and didn’t pour. It’s was cool looking.
