Great Customer support
I really liked the product, installation took about 20 minutes. They had not attached a detailed manual, buy will send you a video if you text the number that came with the box. There was a single piece of screw missing in my package. I texted the customer support number and they sent 2 screws by courier. Thank you for the commendable support!

Great product.
Tho it is new. I got it for my niece. She's loving it.It looks and feels premium and sturdy. She's 1.5 years old. Plus it comes with safety measures. So don't worry about child falling or something it comes with strap and belt thing. Also has handle to control for parent or whoever it is. Overall great product you can say. Nothing bad yet. Will update if faced any issue. It's not big deal to feel confused about it. You can buy. There's no bad part here yet at least. Feature wise it's good too. And price to quality ratio is good.

All things are good but parental control Handel movement rod which attach with handel nob nad in rer connected with parenteral control Handel movement is missing so that I have to purchase this from market in ₹650
