Didnt make a huge difference to me personally
I bought these after reading about them on a health blog. I made the pruchase because I was feeling very run down and suffering from a cold. I took them for around a week. I didnt really feel as though they made a huge impact on the cold compared to my more traditiional remedies of Vit C and rest. I realise that reviews of such products with be extermely subjective to the individual. There are suppliments a plenty on offer for boosting immune response. Given the price of this product I expected something more spectacular.
I ordered Glucamune as a supportive and preventative supplement after reading about it in a health blog. I travel a huge deal (long train and plane journeys) and am therefore in the midst of germs and "containerised air" so I've been looking for a product to support my immune system for a long time. Now I've found Glucamune. I take 2 capsules a day only a few days before travel and continue when at my new desitination. So far I have not caught any colds or flu. The capsules do everything they say and I now never travel without them. I can recommend them to anyone who wants to support and boost his immune system in a natural and effective way.

Long-term effect from taking regularly.
Contrary to the opinions or expectations of other reviewer(s) this product is not a quick cure for colds and flu. As stated clearly on the label and on the company website, the effects are long term in supporting our own body's effectiveness in fighting off infection and you have to take the capsules long term to achieve this - one a day unless there's lots of sneezing about then two a day. I've been doing this and it seems to work.
