MGN12H 300mm Premium Linear Rail Guide 2 Carriages MGN12 Linear Slide 8mm for 3D Printer and CNC Machine Upgrade

Purchased for a z conversion on a ender 3. Out of the box the carriage slides great, just cleaned up the rails a little and good to go.

Buying inexpensive linear rails is a total hit or miss. Hiwin is the way to go, but man they're pricy. I really wanted black rails as well, so I figured I'd give these a shot.Ordered two - packaging was meh, they were of course covered in oil to prevent corrosion, but overall the rails moved pretty well. Both rails arrived straight and true, and there's no play in the carriage which is nice too. Properly cleaning and lubricating these made a world of difference, as expected, and so far they've been on my Ender 3 v2 with great success. One had some very minor rough spots that have seem to smooth out without introducing any play, which is always worrying but nonetheless.These aren't the Hiwin rails by any means, but I'm quite delighted with the quality for the price point and plan to buy more in the future. Will definitely update this after I've had some more time with them, but I've had them in use for about 3 weeks now and they've been treating me well.

Bought this set and a single rail from another company, this set was perfectly flat and straight, the single rail from another place for the same price as one of these rails, and it was bent like a rainbow! with +1mm bend from one side to the other. These rails are definitely the best bang for your buck!

With everything being said about linear rails I was not expecting much. But these rails are ready good they are better then I though.

this thing rocks, anytime i need SOLID, i mean SOLIDDDDDD linear movement im buying this stuff.literally no play whatsoever even with a couple pounds mounted on it while the track is on its side.

Unusable, they have a good 1/4 inch of play.

This has worked perfectly for me! I used this with my linear rail laser build for my Xaxis and love it! - I did make sure to generously lube up my carrier guide before installing them (there’s a small hole on the end of the blocks that you want to use to lube) - So far I haven’t had any complaints! - Definitely try NOT to pull the carrier block all the way off the rail to risk losing bearings - The biggest thing for me for keeping the smooth movement is keeping things clean from laser dust and staying lubed up! - Overall I’ve had great success! 9.7/10 would get this again!

I ordered this item and received one rail and one carriage. The title and image indicate it should have one rail and 2 carriages which is what I needed for my project. Assuming their was some sort of packaging mistake I returned it for another of the same item describing my issue at the time of requesting a return. The replacement I received was exactly the same. One rail and one carriage. I give three stars only because the rail and carriage are great. I have no qualms with the product itself. However, either the product page needs to be updated or whatever logistical error that is resulting in a different quantity needs to be corrected.

They aren't smooth and endless jam and snag. All 4 the same. Avoid.

Dies sind die ersten Linearschienen hier, im Gegensatz zu den anderen erhältlichen Dingern, die allesamt zerkratzt sind, die sauber plan geschliffen wurden. Beim Bewegen der Wagen überhaupt kein kratzen, wie sonst und soweit ich das spüren kann null Spiel in den Wagen. Ich hoffe die anderen Schienen von dem Händler sind genauso verarbeitet - topDas übliche Öl, mit den die Schienen "verpackt" werden ist allerdings auch dabei. Das ist in Ordnung- kurz abreiben und mit Kugellagerfett die Wagen behandeln (macht man bei org. HWIN Wagen auch so, oder bestellt das gleich so)- ohne das Prozedere, die Wagen auseinander zu basteln, wie viele leider das machen. Die Wagen danach wieder 100% lauffähig zu bekommen ist fast unmöglich, (Stichwort - Klammern im Wagen verschweißt). Zumal man auch nicht normal an Kugeln kommt (3/32") mit -2-1 0 +1 +2 Toleranz, damit das zum Wagen passtZum Vergleich im ersten Bild das Produkt hier und im 2. die standardmäßige Schiene

Dieser Linearschlitten kam zu mir und hakte bei der ersten Nutzung. Das lag an dem schlechten Schmierstoff, der zudem nicht wirklich in ausreichender Menge vorhanden war. Ich habe alle Teile mit Iso gereinigt und entfettet, auch alle Kugeln entfernt und nach Reinigung neu aufgefädelt und alle Teile mit Graphitfett geschmiert. Jetzt funktionier der Schlitten an meinem 3D Drucker besser als jede Rollenführug.

Super verarbeitet und laufen perfekt und ruhig. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.
