I love my EW 72 I’ve been riding it all over town uphill downhill this is great for seniors or disabled people can get there fast it really move wouldn’t want to or I should say when you wanted to The people that delivered my EW 72 were very courteous did everything that I asked I am so super happy with them I recommended scooter and the shipping company to anybody that needs them

Had battery issues took many phone calls to get resolved. Now trying to get speed control knob that is bad. They don't reply . Been emailing only got 1 reply. I need the cost of shipping so it can be replaced under warranty. Been waiting for a while now.

The scooter itself works well. My issue is with the practically non-exsistant customer support/service. I has a question on how to attach the rear view mirrors as there isn't an "exploded diagram" included, nor the alllen wrench. (one would think for $3200+ they could include one) I tried calling the customer service number provided. NO one answered the phone. I left a message, but never received a call back. There was a email provided. I tried contacting the them and recieved a reponse telling me to contact Amazon. The call receiver there, quite understandably, was unable to answer the question. The information packet also states that, if service is needed, they will provied a name of a mechanic to assist. But there is no way to reach anyone to obtain the information.

As a larger man this scooter did not make me feel disabled. It’s big, it’s beautiful, it’ was functional right out of the box and it gets the right kind of attention. The first Sunday I drove it a mile on the sidewalks to church, right into the sanctuary. No longer house bound. It has lights, turn signals, horn and a 35 mile range and it’s very stable. No complaints. It’s not going to be the best for indoors, but sidewalk or yard travel is great.

charger doesn't work on scooter, scooter is 48v and charger is 48v AND IT DOESN'T charge the batteries fully, charged scooter until green light was on, scooter showed fully charged ,and only went 5 blocks and ran out of battery after showing it was fully charged' I already called because i knew that a 48volt charger WILL NOT CHARGE a 48 volt system. it has to be a 53volt charger. this is BRAND NEW and i am going to RETURN this back to you if not fixed asap UNDERSTAND
