I like the design and the fact that you can put as many heel lifts together as you need. They can fit into narrow shoes. It's nice to have one sticky side to hold the layers together. Very helpful in correcting your walk when there is a difference in leg length.

Got these after my Achilles tendon transfer surgery and was told to wear lifts for a few weeks after around week 8-9. I got these because I thought they’d last ast the ones they gave me at doctors were not covered by insurance and they’re expensive.The ones doctor had were some sort of cotton or well not silicone. So it kinda forms to your foot before it completely flattens.But these were too sturdy for MY case as I have a HUGE heel spur on that foot and the resistance just made it more painful. I Guess i needed those other cotton or some sort of pressed cloth type lifts.May work for you tho!!!!Stays in place. My other foot without the spur felt fine. And fits my shoes. Used them too long to return. The physical therapist was the one to point out the non foot forming of silicone may bounce back too hard on me.I tore both Achilles (yes. It’s true. One was gradual and misdiagnosed for months. And then I started overusing the other foot, gradually developed partial tear until I stepped on a plug on floor and I acutely tore the other. Fun year!)Achilles repair on one and the other was an Achilles tendon transfer. I want a sticker! 🥰🤦🏻‍♀️

Nice flexible soft cushion lifts that stay in place.

Caused chafing and pain. Had to remove from shoes. Threw these out.

Just now added the heel lifts to my one shoe. It may take some time to adjust to it. Good product.
