I already have similar shelving from another manufacturer but found this to have two failings: 1) it is much harder to put together so takes a long time (or it did me) 2) the joining pieces that connect the two vertical pieces are too weak/flimsy and bend when you lock them in place. I don't feel that the shelving is going to collapse but when you use a rubber hammer to put things in place the pieces should withstand the force needed. The finished set of shelves looks fine and will do the job I need it for but I would not buy the same again. I've since seen similar priced sets elsewhere that use the same construction method of the other shelves I have and would save time if nothing else.

These shelves were easy to assemble and surprisingly very sturdy. Once placed on level ground they can be made more secure by fastening to the wall with 2x 21/2 inch no. 8 screws. The hole in the upper end of each upright can be utilised for this purpose.

If you are on a budget for shelving these will do the job but I can’t see them last as long as the more expensive ones I have stood next to them. A little fiddly to assemble and quite thin. Once up and in place screwed to the wall they do ok but wish I spent £20 more to have the same as I had

Not very sturdy I was surprised how narrow shelves are and there are parts missing To join lengths together to make a full height unit. Arrived with package open ripped and parts bent obviously been dropped yet still sent out urgently needed or I’d send all 3 back

Shockingly poor quality. Very flimsy and difficult to construct. My sons Meccano set would have been better. The instructions were unclear ... we ended up dismantling and starting again. We had to bolt it to the wall as it was so ‘bendy’. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Should not be rated at 875kg as metal is thin and cans be easily bent with just your hands. Shelves are also thin mdf. It's OK for household items, food, drinks etc but I wouldn't recommend for a workshop or garage as won't last long.

Easy to put together, adjustable shelf heights to suit. Very sturdy when put together so overall a great buy!

Two people are required to set it up to make it easy. The shelves are adequate but quit flimsy
