A soap pump was flushed down the toilet and I was in a panic! I got this and it was exactly what I needed. Shorter than I expected but it exceeded expectations. Way cheap than a plumber. I thought I wouldn’t need the gloves but the wire is a little flimsier than expected. Not cheap just flimsy

I thought I'd give this product a chance thinking maybe the reviews were wrong however I was wrong and the reviews were right. This is absolutely garbage its a waste of time and money and effort and if you aren't careful will scratch your bowl as you try to make this thing work which it never will . Do yourself the favor believe the reviews and don't buy it

I received my order within 24 hours. Everything was package well and arrived in good shape. It was super easy to use. Literally took one attempt to insert the whole rod, activate the claw, pull it out and voila the part that had broken off of my bidet and was clogging my toilet came right out. The thick rubber gloves allowed me to comfortable reach in and wrangle it out entirely. Very pleased with this purchase. It saved me from having to pay the much pricier fee of hiring a plumber.
