I had narrowed my choice down to these bands and ones that cost about 2x as much. I saw how much the seller stands behind their product with the 2 year warranty and was pretty impressed by that, so I decided to order these.When I got the bands and actually used them, I was extremely impressed. They seem to be very well made and high quality. I have done front squats, deadlifts, assisted chins, and assisted pull-ups with them. I'm not a delicate flower at 212 lbs. They took everything I threw at them and gladly came back for more.The only con, they do have a slight "rubbery" smell to them. It's nothing I can't handle. It may go away after using them for a while, but even if not, it's not a big deal to me.Also full disclosure I've only been using them heavily for 2 days, but I have no fear of them breaking on me because, as I said above, how durable and high quality they seem.Final note, I did buy a set of cheap bands before this and the "extra heavy" band broke on me after I did one set of assisted pull-ups. If you can find a cheap set of bands that are high quality, go for it. However, I learned my lesson that sometimes you do get what you pay for, and yet, I still consider these a "bargain" because I almost bought ones that were 2x as much but I have to believe these are just as high quality as those ones. I will never chance it with very cheap bands again.

First off, I want to say that these bands are extremely durable and great resistance bands for just about any workout. These are heavy (they weigh quite a bit) and just like the pictures and package description, there are four bands. Green, purple, black, red; and they all come in different sizes. They are very long bands, probably longer than your usual resistance bands.They are durable and made to last. I've used some of the bands to help aid in my workouts such as pull-ups, lunges, and squats with many variations. These bands are really well made and you won't be disappointed; that's if you use them for their intended purposes.For its price, I could recommend these bands. They aren't too inexpensive but aren't too expensive either. I'm sure you'll be able to put them to use no matter which size you use.My only dislike about these bands is that they are much longer than I would like them to be. This means that they are a hassle to tie up to reduce the amount of leftover band.

I cut these in half and use them for uchikomi. Been using the black one for a few months now, no signs of tearing.

I use these to help with completing pull ups, row squats, and numerous other things in the gym. They are a great addition to any person on their fitness journey.

Some of the reviews were about these breaking, but I’ve used this 6/7 days a week for 2 months. They hold up great and are really nice. I stretch them over my head without worrying about them snapping. You have to make sure there are ZERO twists before you do a movement with these. The twists can cause it to break. Also I bought some weight lifting gloves that help with pulling the larger bands.

I bought these bands during the lockdown to stay in shape and to learn to get to a pull-up. I am a 55yo grandmother and although I could do pull-ups when I was younger, it's been decades since I have been able to do one. These are the only set of bands I have owned, and I have never seen them anywhere but Youtube.I have to say, I LOVE THESE BANDS! They are super durable and, I looped two together and after several weeks, I am much closer to a pull-up and SO EXCITED. They are great for lots of other exercises, and travel well, in a super convenient bag that came with them. Fun colors too!

I bought these after feeling the tendons in my elbow beginning to hurt while performing pull ups. I was skeptical at first wondering if it would support my 205 lbs but the green worked just fine. These greatly assist in performing the ecercise while waiting for the inflamation to subside.I highly recommend them.

The Best Bands at the Best Price.There is so much you can do with resistance bands; mobility, stretching, workouts, assisted work, versatility, and so on depending on your goal.The problem is most companies charge outrageous prices for a piece of rubber. I get it someone has to make money.These bands are the best price I have seen on the internet. Especially since some of my workouts require 2 bands. So I bought 2 sets.Arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Exelente llegaron en la fecha acordada y sin ningún problema llevo dos años con ellas y ya se están descansando pero siguen sirviendo muy bien para mis entrenamientos

EN general no se ve defecto en el producto a simple vista, sin embargo note que en la liga morada y verde el látex es un poco rígido y eso no me gusto porque pensé que no iba a durar mucho...mis predicciones se hicieron realidad después de dos meses de usarlas, la liga morada se rompió durante una rutina, es evidente que el material es de mala calidad o la manufactura es defectuosa ya que se rompió como plástico, si hubiera sido mal uso la liga se rompe en forma irregular (ver foto), la verdad no compraría yo estas ligas de nuevo ya que por lo menos la expectativa de vida debe ser de 1 año a 1 año y medio, de acuerdo a otra marca que use antes que esta que por cierto me costo mas barato el kit de 4.
