Bitter beyond belief!
I don't know what to say. I bought this on the basis of all the great reviews it got. I purchased two without having used them before. My disappointment was and is as strong as the bitterness that was left in my mouth from the time I took a bite. Both my daughters (children with a sweet tooth), would not eat more than one bite. The bitterness of stevia was so bad I couldn't eat the cake and threw it away and now I have one unopened packed and a half of a pack staring at me from the lader! I'm struggling to find a product that can eaten as a low carber who likes the odd indulgence. This is one to avoid, at least until the manufacturer can eradicate the bitterness.

Leaves a nasty taste in the mouth
I was so disappointed with the product. The 'natural sugar substitute' they use in this tastes disgusting and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.I only managed two small spoonfuls before I had to chuck it away.If they change the recipe to use a substitute like Xylitol it would be great product as it was very easy to make and light.
