great fan
love this fan. it,s a good size and performs well in our bedroom. we wanted a fan which looked clasic and clean looking,glad we picked this one.the light is good the 3 speed is good.we have this over the bed and it's great,this has been on every night since it arrived.my husband fitted it on the short rod cause our cellings are low. the fan noise is very good you can sleep with no problems.you can get a remote for the fan which is sold seperate. we are happy with the pull cords for control.some people say the light glass rattles in their reviews,ours came with a rubber gasket ,get the shade in the center with equall screw adjustments and its fine.

Good quality quiet fan
I replaced a 20yr old cheap fan and am very pleased, it is nice and quiet, easy to fit, some fiddly bits but mainly because of working above my head. It's pretty heavy so you need a good solid ceiling joist to screw it to.The card that came with it made me laugh!

Review of Classic Ceiling Fan
The fan arrived ahead of schedule and was very well packaged.The fan was easy to instal and has proven to be effective in keeping our bedroom cool during the recent heatwave. I am still working on how to stop the glass cover for the light vibrating.Without that vibration the fan would be quite quiet in operation,

Wobbly and noisy
Very disappointed. The mechanism was noisy and the whole thing wobbled at every speed. Had to pay a tradesman to fit it and unfit it.Only good thing was the air movement it produced was powerful.
