CHILIPET Best Step in No Pull Dog Harness for Large & Medium Size Breeds, Fits on Chest Girth Sized (1.0" X 26-39"), Adjustable Harness with Reflective Stitching

I had previously bought a no-pull dog harness for my nearly 80-pound dog that believes she's pulling a carriage. She loves to pull. The previous item was okay, but she slipped it once, good thing I had backed it with a slip lead. I started to look for another type that would fit better. This one seems to do the trick. I still have a slip lead back-up on it. At least for the time being. She hasn't wiggled out of it. I would recommend this harness but with one issue that kept me from giving the item Five Stars, just Four. It took me a very long time to sort out all the various straps, but mostly shortening and lengthening them. There are no instructions with this, nothing. Just the item. Now that I've played with it for a while, I think I've gotten it figured out. But should she stretch it, or the size of it needs adjustments, it may take me a while to remember exactly what I did through trial and error. Please, please...give some instructions with this. Otherwise, a nice item that does work quite well. That would make it a Five Star winner.

I had an Easy Walk harness for my 98 lbs dog but one of the connectors broke and my dog could pull out of the harness. This harness is very secure. Not really a no pull as far as I can tell but after using the Easy Walk my dog is somewhat trained not to pull. Her main issue is going after rabbits, squirrels and anything that moves so the secure aspect of this harness is important. Really like the material and how it's made.

Bought this for my 74 female American Staffordshire, and we both love it. She loves it because it's easy to put on and take off (the previous halter I was using had to slide over her head first, then each leg had to go in), I love it because it was a snap to adjust to her body build, and seldom needs readjusting (the old one would need adjustment any time she pulled too hard). I'll be buying another one of these for my male next month, his old one is about shot, too! These halters work great, the dogs seem to find them comfortable, the give great control of the animal (for those times that deer or wild hogs happen to cross our paths! lol), and my white and black dog looks simply gorgeous in the pretty pink halter!

At first I had difficulty working this harness with my dog since I had used an 'Easy Walk' harness for a few years. Then I read an article and found out that this is the recommended type of harness for dogs since it doesn't restrict the proper movement of a dog's legs. My dog likes it and she just steps in now that we both are used to it. Glad that I got this harness.

It’s a pain to get on my dog because she is a giant pain that gets excited when she sees it and jumps around and rolls around but they vet office really like the way it fits her says it fits her better than most of the ones that they see on barrel chested dogs

Not a fan. Every time we shorten the staps so it is snug around our boxers chest within 20 minutes it is loose and goes all the way around her chest. If i could return it i would in a heart beat

Harness was harder to adjust than I expected, and it was not really effective at stopping her from pulling. My son said he felt like she pulled even more. We ended up going with a Gentle leader instead.

It's made of sturdy nylon. But the simple system makes the harness slide around. I do like it, and it helps a little with pulling. I get better control.
