Vitamin D3 Liquid 2500 Ui 59ml Solgar

I got this for my son who was always getting a sore throat and cold and this has helped him so much he has had 1 sore throat since taking this which is a great improvement from getting 1 every other week!

I didn't realise how many IU was in just 0.5 of this product. 62 Is equivalent to 2400+ IUI dont feel comfortable taking that much and will thus take this one a week instead of daily, esp since i eat allot of eggs, and fortified foods.Still i suppose this will last me a very long time.

A friend recommended this product due to the coronavirus and people being low in vitamin D. It is very easy to take you need to keep it in the fridge the orange flavour is nice. I hope it does its job

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Out of 5 as the rubber top of bottle was not secure enough/sealed properly and the vitamin d oil leaked out - lid was screwed tightly and was not loose. Product was great up to that point. Will always use Solgar. On this occasion it was unfortunate

Every time I take this it gives me bloat and stomach ache, also the orange aftertaste stay all day and makes me wanna puke. I cannot eat any carbs after . My stomach is a size of a baloon. So I’m not sure what kind of oil is used in this 🤨. Also if there is any of vitamin D there. Who knows it’s not like I can taste vit D or see any results from it. I know solar is good company but all company cheat so god knows . I know I won’t be buying this for sure again

Tastes ok. Easy to take with the dropper. A good daily dose of vitamin D. Easier than taking tablets if you find it hard to swallow.

I have been using Solar Liquid Vitamin D3 for many years. Much better than tablets which the digestive system has to break down first. For me a daily dose is essential especially in times of Corona.
