The unit appears to be well made. At this point it seems to be handling the dog hair problem. It must be on max power to pick up the hair. The instructions for setting up mapping are very poor with a lot of trial and error.

Love that it vacuum cleans and mops so well. It has worked much better than expected. Love that you can map out your house and clean specific rooms/areas and mark areas to avoid. Directions on how to partition areas would be helpful

Great vacuum for price. Mop not automatic or can be used in conjunction in automated mode.

The media could not be loaded.  I have young kids that play and tend to make the house dirty and manual cleaning has been taking a toll on my back. I bought this robot vacuum to help me with my daily house-cleaning chores At first I was a little nervous about paying the big cost but I decided to take a chance based on the features it had to offer and I am super impressed.Pros1. It has an advanced LIDAR navigation system which we generally find in self-driving cars and that is helping this cleaner to build an accurate map of the system. Each time the vacuum cleans the house the map gets more and more precise and it is super accurate in identifying the location of the furniture like bed, dining table, washer dryer, etc.2. The Phone app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The app shows us the live progress of cleaning which is fun to watch. It offers several options to clean a particular zone, which may include 2 or 3 rooms, a single room, or a small isolated spot. Everything can be controlled in the phone app. We can also set timers and create a schedule which I liked a lot. But it does come with a remote for people who are only comfortable using a remote. I set up the cleaning schedule when we aren't home for work/school so that we do need not to face any disturbance.3. It has a very strong suction power and is able to suck dust, hair, mall objects quite effortlessly. Another feature I liked is it is able to empty its dustbin on its own and the dust storage bag is good for 45 days avoiding the hassle of constantly emptying the dustbin..4. If it happens to run out of charge while mopping /vacuuming it will go back to the charging station and restart from the point where it stopped previously which I found a very useful feature.5. I tried the mopping feature only in my kitchen part but it exceeded my expectations. the mopping removed the small spots I had on the floor and made me happy. It also came with a replacement mop pad as a backup.6.. I am amazed how it accurately remembers the route to the charging station, by the way, it also knows to take the shortest route to its home :)Cons:None so far but will update if I find one based on my usage

I wanted to like this vacuum but after putting it to the test I found flaws I couldn’t live with.My biggest issue was that all the dirt would not empty (see picture), I ran the empty 3 times in a row and still didn’t completely empty. A clump was left every time over the filter part which I felt would keep the unit from performing at its best.Second I noticed that air blows out from the unit blows the dirt away from the area to be cleaned. That air needs to be deflected upwards.Lastly after I ran the vacuum over a large area twice in a row then ran my dust mop over the same area and it picked up to much leftover dirt and hair. (See picture) this was the final straw that convinced me to return it. I didn’t even bother testing the mop feature. I can’t recommend this robot vacuum.The mapping and app worked fine for me. After letting run to map the area, it will show up in color with room partitions. It didn’t allow me the name the rooms. The partitions weren’t actually rooms, it just estimated where they may be room separations. This couldn’t be edited either.

This vacuum is very easy to use and also very easy to set it up. The instruction is very clear with large pictures explaining each step. My grandmom can use it by herself without any problem. It can also clean my room very nicely without much noise. It is pretty quiet actually. It doesn’t bother me at all even when I use it while I’m working. No complain so far so good!

Perfect robot vacuum. Way cheaper than name brand ones such as iRobot, but cleans just as well. Upgraded from the standard Eufy vacuum, and have noticed a difference right away. The Ultenic cleans my whole house within 40 minutes, compared to the 1 and 10 minutes Eufy took. I also love that I only need to empty/replace the dust bin after 45 days, while with Eufy, I had to empty it out daily. Also mops very well (needs to be filled at least twice during a mopping cycle to last for your whole home) and does a great job of mapping your home and trying to get to every nook and cranny. Good and worthwhile purchase.
