Go Active Lifestyles Resistance Loop Bands for Legs and Butt

This is a great compact set of resistance bands great for travel or use at home the five different colored bands are 12in by 2in they seem pretty durable and each color corresponds with a different resistance from extra light light medium heavy and extra heavy. They're primarily to be used on the legs or lower body but would likely work in other cases as well. My only issue was that the durable rubber that they're made from was pretty stinky when I open the package so I let them air out outside or in the garage until the scent dissipated

The bands are perfect. I am still recovering from ankle reconstruction surgery and have a lot of work to do. The band the doctor gave me is not the best These bands are perfect. The 5 different strengts are a big help. Depending on how much it hurts depends on the strength I will use. Or I can start light and work up. The storage bag to keep them all together is handy. It keeps them all neat and compact. I will definitely be working on different workout plans other than therapy for my ankle. A great purchase.

These seem to be of good quality but honestly these are all light to medium resistance at best. The “heavy” and “extra heavy” are not at all. Overall, I’m disappointed because I was looking for more of a challenge, and instead have 5 bands that are basically similar in resistance.

I bought these resistance bands for my dad because his physical therapist suggested them. She said it's gotten harder to find quality bands. We like the color range for different strength levels. These work great for him and since we have some at home now, I use them, too. Nice thickness for durability.

The resistant bands are exactly what I needed. I like to go on bike ride or walks when it is nice out but then don’t get as much strength training as I would like. These are perfect for to do a little bit of that work after I am done with my cardio for a little of added element to my everyday work outs.

I really like the durability of the product. I just really wish that the resistance on the heavy and x- heavy bands was a little higher so that I could feel more of a burn while using them. Other than that this product is awesome. Great bang for your buck.

I haven't had enough time to use them long enough as I only got them a couple weeks ago. Think it takes longer than that to notice any changes.
