OPCOM V1.70 Firmware Software Function: 1. It covers almost all Opel cars, even new cars based on CAN-BUS diagnostic, such as Vectra-C, Astra-H, Zafira-B. 2. The program lets you read aloud and clear error codes, shows them phase data, they can perform copy checking. 3. The program supports many control units, such as engine, automatic transmission, ABS, airbag, module, instrument cluster, electronic air conditioning, body control unit, just a few examples. 4. Since for Opel many pin in the obd connection, the diagnosis interface as multiple coupler, and chooses the appropriate pin for communication. PIN3, PIN7, PIN8, PIN12 = serial link (ISO9141, KW81, KW82, KWP2000) 5. error codes are displayed with all information. Full error code text description: 1) full status information (presence, not present, intermittent) 2) print out Can save, or copy the error codes to other application. From the error codes windows, they can go directly to the measuring blocks of windows. 3) The program displays them mess block information on many control module, they can choose something from the list on their own. 4) The program is in the position shows 8 measurement block parameters simultaneously. The sample rate depends mainly on the communication protocol. For example, older system, such as Omega-B X 25 DT engine (ISO-9141-2) can be very slow in communication, while newer Multec, or for Bosch units faster (using KWP-2000), and the latest CAN Based control units are very fast!

Total garbage
Going into this we already know its a cheap clone, but whats worst is they're using fake FTDI chips. the software doesn't work they're also spoofing/faking the drivers for the thing to work because they're too cheap to buy the real chips. in the end of testing it would't work and the device ended up not working totally tried every think.AVOID BUYING THIS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Very helpful tool
tedious to get working with windows 10, but manually updating the driver via device manager with the download from the opcom website with the software bundle helped. Google is your friend and there are tutorials on the web.No software CD included with mine, just the USB cable and tool.Clear codes with out issue and can run some very advanced test.Highly recommend for car enthusiasts or your average Joe need a diagnostic without spending vast amounts of money in the garage.
