Really sharp knife. Has many uses

Seems to be good value for the price
Like the size and soft grip handle. I work as a fishing guide in Alaska during the summer and fish on a daily basis. Product is similar to a knife I use there but less expensive. Bought it for use cleaning fish in Hawaii during the winter. Haven't used it yet but confident it'll suit my needs.

Good balance. Grippy handle
Good balance, but the grind is off. The bevels are inconsistent along the edge. At some point it almost looks like a single bevel.Still, it’s sharp and that’s an easy fix for anyone with a controlled angle sharpening system.The handle feels like it’s holding me rather than me holding it. I have no fear that it’ll slip while my hand is wet.
