A MUST BUY!!!
This is the second type of white kidney bean extract I've ordered off Amazon/ They both worked well but what I like best about this brand is that it makes you full, prior to even eating. Therefore, being full before taking a bite helps me to eat substantially less. I ordered this supplement about 2 weeks ago and I've gone from 211 to 202 and that is AMAZING! As much as I try to cut back on eating carbs and sugar it is extremely difficult for me. This helps with blocking them as well as preventing me from overeating too much.

Best weight loss supplement I’ve tried.
Easy directions. I was stuck losing weight a long time, and finally started taking these. Ive lost 30lb in less than 6 months without changing diet or exercise. I have pcos and this is a miracle for me.

Beware of the oily discharge
Took these pills before eating a ribeye steak and the next morning felt gas and suddenly a wet residue. There was an oily discharge which stained and ruined a set of $200 sheets. I tried in vain everything to remove the stain but could not. I had to throw the entire set away sadly. I would suggest wearing a thick pad if using these pills-they are powerful.

Doctor said it was fine to take
Very good product, does what it says. My boyfriend who is a diabetic took it to his doctor to see if he could take it for weight loss and his doctor said yes take it!

I took a chance and purchased this. I followed instructions and it seemed like it might have been working, but who can ever tell? There’s no science behind this. A lot of these pills are just a way to make money of gullible people like me. Show me the science!

Dangerous side effects.
The product worked for me but I ended with a 2 cm gallstone. Be careful because nobody talk about its dangerous side effects. Potentially harmful for your health.
