Great book to get yourself motivated
This is a simple book full of useful and practical tips on how to get myself more motivated. From this book, I've learned that there are 3 phases of motivation, which sound very interesting to me. This really helps me consciously give myself mental notices to pull myself forward, just to remind myself to keep going. Also I like the tip that motivation is needed every day. It is like nutrition to the brain and mind. I find that staying aware and giving myself positive messages from time to time really helps me pull myself through challenges.

Great intro to fitness book
Great, light reading, I read it in about a day. Has broad suggestions about weight training, aerobic exercise, setting routines, and counting calories. If you’re someone who doesn’t really know where to start, and isn’t looking to dive into P90x or something crazy right now, this is a great book. This is probably also good for people who shouldn’t start with a very intense program, like teens and seniors.

keeping a healthy body
I like when a writer is dedicated to his goals. I have read in the past some other books of N.Bjorn. I liked them very much and so did I like this one, too. The goal that he asks his readers to achieve is obvious and clear. Learn how to love your body. If you manage to love it, you will be able to follow all suitable instructions to keep it well-built and most of all, healthy.

Great book for fitness motivation!
Staying motivated is important to stay fit and healthy. Exercise is a given, but the author, Nicholas Bjorn, explains how often you should exercise and how to set goals and keep them, while staying motivated. He also explains habits that you should get into to become more motivated toward those fitness goals. Your motivation and fitness can suffer if you hate what you are doing. The last chapter explains a bit about how calories work as well.
