Misfit shine 2 (Rosegold)

Good value upgraded from original shine, it’s bigger but clips on easier,no longer a magnetic fastener

Loved this, but the battery died after about 2 months, which is way less than the 6 months advertised!

This is the second Misfit Shine I've owned - I had a version 1, which was excellent for about a year, then the battery life got shorter and shorter and the instances of it just not connecting to Bluetooth got more and more, so I assumed it had died.I bought a version 2 and it seemed to be better - the strap was ergonomically better, it was held in place more firmly and didn't fall out, the coloured LEDs were a nice touch... and then the same thing started happening. It would appear dead, no lights and no Bluetooth, and then an hour later would connect to my phone and report that it had "high" battery level.It's a real shame because this is potentially such a great little device! A really simple movement tracker with good sleep tracking and a straightforward app. Potentially really long battery life because it doesn't have a screen to keep running. It's just massively disappointing that they die so quickly.
