defective
I received a defective and used product. Threads were wrapped in the machine and handle as if some already used it and returned back with issue and the same product was delivered to me.

No installation support was provided
Sewing Machines are complicated things for which installation support needs to be provided. This my second Sewing Machine product and both have failed miserably in terms of support. Service Centers receive calls for sure but do not send technicians to resolve the issues.

Best in the price
Before purchasing I know that it's a manual hand machine. I have to work with it. Machine is heavy and work what I want.Sometime I got some problem like thread is breaking and other small problem but I searched the videos on YouTube and got the solution easily and done myself with the screw driver provided with the machine. I have also given gift to my workers. Overall good product from usha
