I saw many comments that are negative but I am 100 percent sure they put too much hot or cold water in the mix.I have put an image to show that it took 2 packets to make tak small glass of coffee..Then add little by little water as much strong u want it..Do it this way n u will definitely like it.

Quality detoriate
I like it very much few months ago I am having this hot chocolate for last more than a year but from last couple of months I found the taste more like water rather earlier it was thick and more chocolate taste I am disappointed now
