Well this might be OK if you have fat meaty arms. However even using the strap hole for ‘smaller arms’ it was far too big not only for me but my husband as well. On returning to the shop I was informed there was a clip you could attach to the strap and this would hold it in place – a very unsatisfactory solution. There was nothing in the instruction booklet about the clip. I can only presume the manufacturers realised they had made an unusable product and added the clip in to try and overcome their problem and then forgot to say they had done this. I regret having wasted my money on a useless product.
