This has cured a pain in my wrist I've had for years, thank you.
The media could not be loaded. Video shows movement functionality, padding layer and attachment mechanic, this armrest works the best if you sit upright with your back straight.Had the unit almost a month now, it is very tightly secured at the base. As you can see their is minimal wear to the top comfort layer, I wish their was an option for more padding, I will probably rip this off eventually and create my own using some kind of deeper foam. I've seen other brands that use these but I don't like the style of the armrests from other sellers. Also the edge is not finished, but what do you expect for £12Functionality wise it is fantastic, easily swivels side to side allowing you to adjust it at will. This is not designed to rest your full upper body weight on. I see some reviews complaining about the sturdiness. If you're resting the full weight of your elbows on these of course they will break. They're intended to help keep your arms and wrists in line with your mouse with something soft to rest your elbows against. This works best if you're sitting upright correctly. This one I have bought for my mouse arm, but in a couple of months I will buy another for my WASD arm because my elbow feels like it's burning now digging into the side of my desk compared to my mouse arm. From a price perspective this is fantastic value for money. The plastic is sturdy and well made at the time of purchase, do remember the quality of these kind of items can fluctuate in batches======Quick review:Comfort: 8/10 if you sit upright properly. I wish their was more options for different paddings, but you can do this yourself.Sturdiness: 8/10, if you sit with a large amount of bodyweight on your elbows while resting directly on DO NOT purchase this as it will breakValue for money: 10/10. Has contributed massively to my wrist pain reduction. Can't believe I waited so long to try one.Should you buy one? Yes; If you're having issues resting your arms comfortably because of annoying height differences and you have no choice about your desk/chair this is the best solution.Negatives:Bad for resting full shoulder/elbow weight on, it will break but this is not its intended function. It may damage the underside of your desk the way it attaches, this is not relevant to everyone obviously.

Cheap and nasty.
The media could not be loaded. The photos on the listing are not reliable. This has a cheap and nasty feel to it. It’s also a poor design, in that it’s unable to take the weight of arm resting on it without flexing. The bolt that tightens it to the desk is too close to the end for it work any better.

Good arm rests for my desk
I bought these because the arm rests on my chair were not quite high enough to allow me to comfortably rest my wrist on my desk. Happy to say these arm wrests work well. They pivot and so can easily be moved out of the way. Very easy to install.

Not bad for the price
This has some plus points, easy to install, provides support, can be swung out of the way, does basically what it is supposed to do. I nearly gave it 4 stars. The downsides are that the clamp is just a plastic screw so when I push it out of the way to the side, it is the whole clamp that rotates. And it isn't the most ergonomic because the height is about half an inch above the desk. I'm compensating by using a couple of stacked mouse mats to keep everything level. The other niggle is that the clamp gets in the way of the chair at times. So, in summary, it isn't giving me the perfect forearm support I hoped for, but it is a useful thing to use on and off to give my arm a rest or even just a new position for some variety for my muscles.

dose ease the affect of tennis elbow
not sure if this product would help with it looking so basic , i was all ready having issues with tennis elbow from working from home, took about 2 weeks to when i noticed the pain had started to fade, this has helped a lot to reduce the discomfort i was getting while at my desk working,

Broke after 2 days
Good idea, poor execution.Worked as described until a couple of days later when the clamp sheered from the main body of the product and was irreparably broke.

Long term used review
It provides good support to my narrow table. But it has low adhension degree between cover and cushion, so it has been detached because of the constant pressure my elbows put on as you can see in the figure.Considering the price, it can be understood

Good for travel
Honestly this is a cheap product, the look and feel gives it away immediately. However as a quick setup for on the go travel it was a great purchase for me. Not sure how good it would be for daily use though.
