I take these cause I really like the taste..plus I can take a woman's multi vitamin and not go over 4,000 of D3..so I take one a day myself..k2 helps my heart and blood..

I was attracted to these not for the method of production but for the fact that they are chewable, I take so many supplements every day that although most vitamin D tablets are usually tiny, I still like a chew option, They have a mild but very pleasing flavor as well. They're not expensive, but it's worthy to note that other offerings at the same 2000mg dose can be had for about half the cost. If the method of preparation is necessary for your needs then these might be the best option. If not, there are a few dollars to be saved with other options of reputable brands. So recommended with caveats.
