Final cherry on top for backyard renovation
This fire pit is the amazing finishing touch we needed to complete our backyard renovation. It is a very sturdy piece and looks amazing with our backyard.It was easy to put together as my 13 yr old did most of it. What I was most impressed with was the customer service with the baide team. We had a couple of issues and the customer service team went FAR above the call of duty to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed!

Great but automatic start doesn’t work
I love the was it looks. It fits perfect on the deck. But it’s supposed to have an automatic start and it doesn’t work. I have to light it with a lighter which I really don’t want to have to do. It said check the battery if it doesn’t light but I can’t find anywhere a battery goes.

Great firepit.
If you've been looking for a fire pit that not to big or small but just right get this one. Comes with lid wind guard and blue rocks and cover. Looks better than picture. Puts out lot heat it takes a regular propane tank. A lot of them take smaller tank that only last a couple hours. The best part you only need a screwdriver to put it together and it comes with it. Very beautiful when lit. Get this one you'll be glad you did. I would give it a 10 if I could.

Great Fire Pit
Got this fire pit about a moth ago. We’re very happy with it, looks great and it is of very good quality. We’re looking forward to many years of enjoyment.Customer service is excellent.Highly highly recommended.

What we expected
Perfect size for our space. Very easy to assemble, except that we were shorted screws. Luckily we had some that worked. Also there was a small scratch on one of the corners, but again luckily we had some Rustoleum paint that covered the scratch. On the whole very satisfied with this purchase. We did not want to spend a lot of money and this will meet our needs nicely.

Great product and customer service
This product came exactly as pictured. The customer service is great! I needed a new cover and they sent me one quickly and free of charge.
