I am alergic to cayenne pepper and did you know that almost all Red Pepper Flakes are 99% cayenne peppers? So now that I found this out, I also learned that in Italy they use Red Pepperoncini to make their Red Pepper Flakes. So I ordered these and they are delicious. They're spicy and fragrant and I crushed them up to make flakes and now I can add to so many things and have no allergic reacion. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE WONDERFUL DRIED PEPPERS AVAILABLE!

Wish the packaging was better (bottom fell apart).

There are many chili peppers and all of them have one 'flavor', which is 'hot'. These Sicilian peppers are simply the best in my kitchen. They are perfect and very balanced. I use them in my Indian, Arabic, Mexican and Italian, dishes. Just like the package says, it's their 'aroma and flavor'. Expensive, but worth it. I ordered two more packages.

These Bay leaf did not have any aroma, after cooking with it, I could not taste the Bayleaf. The photo shows they are discolored, blotchy, uneven in color, this is a sure sign of poor quality, much better with other organic Bayleaf at Amazon for less money.I like to put good food on the table for my family and friends. I rely on good herbs to make great tasting food, the quality of this herb will not achieve greatness in flavoring your dishes. Since all cooks relies on a great quality herbs and spices! You have option to buy other organic bay leaf on Amazon. Don’t buy this one.

I'm mean, it's rosemary. So it is what it is. I bought it to put inside my olive oil jar. It holds up and does not mold. The packaging is poor as the stems were hanging out of the bag when it arrived and many had fallen off the main stem, leaving it looking a bit naked and not as nice as I wanted it to look inside the bottle. In all, it is what it says it is but I would not buy this brand again.

I have been very impressed with this product it is extremely fresh and the taste is well beyond anything that you could buy at the store and in a container and it willlast a very long time! I wish I would have discovered this product a long time ago as do I make a lot of pots of sauce and it is even more delicious when you sprinkle it on afresh salad with imported olive oil and imported vinegar from Italy it doesn't get anymore perfect than that! I would definitely without a doubt recommend thisproduct to anyone! enjoy this fresh oregano imported from Italy 🇮🇹
