I first ordered this in May 2021. I’ve never had something that worked for my body so consistently. It also is really quiet - my partner can’t tell it’s on when they first walk into the room. I’ve used it traveling because of how quiet it is. But in October 2022, it started to buzz really loudly when I turned it on, and the charge didn’t seem to last that long (it usually lasts at least 30 minutes of active use). So…I just bought a replacement. And it’s even cheaper right now than when I first bought it! I never think to write reviews, but I’m so happy with this product.*Also, one of these video reviews shows someone trying to demonstrate that their wand wasn’t turning on anymore. In the video, the wand was still plugged into the charger…it doesn’t turn on if it’s still plugged in. Lol. If they had unplugged it, it would probably work just fine. I’ve bought this twice now and longevity has not been an issue.

Was already dissappointed when it came in because it was clearly not as good as the one it’s replacing that I’ve had for years.I got one use out of it before it stopped charging. Definitely not worth the purchase.

This is absolutely perfect for a quick session, it is very handy to use for my daily muscle relaxer after playing golf. I like the easy grip handheld massager that works like a magic for me!

I just ordered my 3rd and the first 2 have the same issue. It works fine for a little while but one day (soon) you'll go to turn it on and it won't turn on. Or just the light comes on but that's it. Then you have to plug it into the charger for a second, then it will work. But as soon as you turn it off, you'll have the start the whole cycle over. I'm not rough with it. I'm careful plugging it in and unplugging it. I keep buying it because nothing else I've tried performs as well. This will be my last one though. If it poops out too, I'm switching to something more reliable.

I had my doubts, but this think is a beast! It's easy to use just be sure to keep a good grip on it! I should have ordered a harness to use it without hands. Warning: The power is set to max when you turn it on. Use the middle button to turn it down (about 7 or 8 levels) and then it goes back to max. The top button changes the vibration pattern. The bottom button turns it on/off.The downside: It's water... "water" ... resistant but not waterproof. The head end is waterproof, but the handle is two-piece molded plastic with recessed mini screws holding the pieces together. This isn't a bad thing; it's just means it's not waterproof past the business end. The charging port uses a barrel style plug and is open to the inside. Oh, and don't lose it.
