I would be a spokesman for this company! I have bought countless chef knives in my lifetime and have never been so happy as I am with this one! Bonus I got it on sale! I would highly recommend this whole series!

I love this knife, I’m always barbecuing and it’s the perfect choice when I need to cut the steaks.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a thin bladed, cheaper knife with laser etching on the blade to look like a forged knife blade. It has several light rust spots from washing (from the first wash). I would guess to prevent these rust spots from forming, hand wash only and immediately dry with a towel.I would expect this knife to be tossed after a couple years of use. It’s not the quality of knife that would stand up to years and years of use. I have knives sturdy enough to last a lifetime with regular sharpening. This knife was to fit a void in my knife set. I will likely get a higher quality knife in another year or two to replace this one.

Great knife for the price! I have a similar one from Japan that I got custom from Kappabashi-dori and this knife is up to par with it!

We returned ours due to the handle having a rough edge which made it painful to use.

This knife did not arrive sharp out of the box. It does have a Damascus steel appearance, but I don’t believe it is structurally Damascus steel. The handle is nice and has decent purchase, good grip. I honed it a couple of times, but it isn’t sharp. Once I sharpen the knife and use it I might change my review.
