A bt difficult to apply but this seems to be working very well. No leaks from the flat roof any more and looks good.

This stuff is very stiff so difficult to get on in an even coat. However, in saying that I did manage it in the end and so far the paint has been effective and stopped the leak in my shed roof

I recently used some of this roof sealer that was left over from another emergency job some years back. I used the 1/3rd left in the tin, and was quite pleased that the same excellent product was still available, so bought another tin. I found that the best way to apply this was with a 3" brush. I also found that the contents of the tin after some had been used, benefitted from a small amount of white spirit, and a good stir, as the fibres in it tended to become lumpy and difficult to spread. I used it to extend the life of a large felted shed roof that was showing signs of age, and had developed a couple of small leaks. This product worked a treat :) (disposable gloves are also a good idea..)
