It continues to cook while I'm commuting, which is very convenient.The bowl is well-made and sturdy, ensuring that the lid remains secure. The lid is chunky and easy to grip, making it easy to remove or put on.It keeps my food hot for a good 4 hours, which is just enough time before I open it to eat my lunch.The outside of the bowl doesn't get hot, and the material it's made of doesn't absorb or retain the flavours of the spicy food I occasionally have.Overall, this bowl combines style and functionality. It's a fantastic addition to my collection of thermal containers, thanks to its beautiful design and high-quality construction.

This has made it more convenient to take diy granola yogurt pots to work. The concept of this bowl is really unique to me and is a two part insulated bowl. There's of course the main steel insulated portion boasting a 636ml capacity and an inner "prep bowl" made of food safe plastic with a capacity of 414ml (significantly smaller).This means you get a single insulated bowl with a multitude of options at your fingertips. I could take homemade soup in the main steel bowl without the prep bowl installed and keep it hot for ~7 hours or use the prep bowl for something like my yogurt pots to keep it cold for ~11 hours or vice versa!It's fantastic value for money and I've not seen a bowl like this before. The rubber seal works well she is very secure. My only drawback I found because I have weaker arms is that if you tighten the lid too much it can be tricky to open later because the whole bowl design is smooth. There are notches in the lid but they are still smooth so it can be difficult but this isn't bad so the time and I still love my bowl x
