I am so glad I purchased this! I get migraines very often so I’ve tried just about every migraine product out there. I don’t like the ones you pull over your head, I have very thick curly hair and it just doesn’t work. This one however is adjustable. The ice part doesn’t go all the way around like the pull down ones but I prefer that I can adjust it to how tight or loose I need it. I’ll probably buy another one to have a backup.

Feels nice. Covers a lot of my face and, from the refrigerator it is cold enough and stays cold long enough for me. This is also the only cold mask I saw that was gel foam- NOT a liquid pack that can rupture, so this is more durable than other options.My only complaint is that the velcro strips stop way short, so it can't be fully tightened on my head. So it only stays on lying down or with headphones on over it or something. It needs to be more adjustable.

I have a variety of headache hats in my freezer. I like keeping multiple on hand. Some are true hats that cover the entire head, some have a hole at the top, and I have one that just pulls down over the eyes. None of them are adjustable.This is obviously not a hat but a mask and I love that it has velcro so you can adjust the fit. Sometimes I want more pressure on my eyes, sometimes not. I love having the option of changing the size.When stored in the freezer, it comes out VERY cold. You may want to wait a couple minutes before using it. The cold lasts about 20-30 minutes. I have not used it heated so I cannot speak to how long it stays warm.I would recommend, if you have longer hair, either securing it with a hair tie or adjusting the mask's velcro away from your hair. I found my hair got caught in it when I tried to adjust it in the back of my head. I'll probably just put it on so the velcro is in front, by my face, adjust it and then rotate it to the back to avoid the problem in the future.Overall I definitely recommend!

This fits good but gets way too cold. Not enough buffer.

This is great for for headaches, migraines, sleeping, and sinus pressure. Pretty good quality and fits comfortably. Not bulky so very good to travel with.

This icepack is amazing its ajustable, cools fast. The icepack stays cold long enough and easy to store. This is helping out so much with fevers and migraines. No more wet towel!
