I bought medium (32-34) because that’s what I usually wear. Fit perfect I like walking around in house during this hot summer. Like how it has a pocket on both sides. Makes it handy for my phone.Only drawback is that the waist line pulled over but that’s my fault I have a little bit of a tummy hahha need to cut back on beer and late night snacks but very comfortable .
