The one major complaint is that the ability to set the depth is not only difficult but makes little difference. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years so not new to this. I have the setting to the least amount possible and still manage to go much to deep. Smaller complaint, but was something I would have liked, is the clip to attach it to paper doesn't work. It is so tight that you can't even get one piece of paper under it. This item would only be good if you have a very hard time drawing blood.

I like the simplicity of this device. I'm also a VERY long time diabetic - so my fingertips have become rather tough over time, and I find that this device gets the job done for me - someone with more sensitive fingertips might find it a bit .. aggressive? But for me it works great. Lancets from a previous device fit it just fine as well.

It's good for the price. Last a lot longer than the plastic ones.

Great, painless product

Item was dirty and was previously open looked used not good for a lancing device

Its like all kind of device of pen for diabetic people.

Product did not come with a Box of lancets very disappointed.
