These work great on my standard bar but once they've been compressed they won't work as well on a slightly smaller bar. My EZ curl bar must be just slightly smaller and now I can't use the straight bar set on the EZ curl set. When clamped, the other set is loose on the EZ curl. Also be very careful on the replacing spinlock collars. By buddy was using my set the other night doing a overhead dumbell tricep press and this collar gave way and he had to duck out of from getting the weight smashed on his head.

These are so much easier than the kind where you have to thread and spin around and around and around and around.. These just slide down and snap on. It makes changing weights so much easier.

Received yesterday and so far they hold up. These are way better than the screw on for the 1" bar. Glad I purchased.

Easy release, tight hold, worth it!

Clamps simply do not hold weight on dumbbells securely. Since they are mailed from overseas, vendor will not accept returns. While I am not a fan of the spring clamps for barbells, I will try them for my dumbbells to avoid the screw on clamps.

Fit perfectly on 1" unthreaded weight bar and 1" threaded dumbbell bar handles. Photos will be uploaded later.

I have tried many different versions of these and this one allows me to actually use my barbell without complete frustration!
