Extremely helpful in reducing hip, knee and lower back pain.
I bought several books trying to get help with sciatic pain and knee pain and this is the one that truly helped. I quit doing the exercises for about 2 or 3 weeks and the pain came back. I did the exercises again and the pain has subsided quite a bit after just one exercise session. Highly recommend this book.
