I have had cases made by this seller before and they are very well made and fit like a glove.

This thing has been driving me crazy for the past two weeks. I finally figured out that the top of the case obscures the top of the touchscreen. As a result you can't access the pull down menu at the top of the screen.Actually it's worse than that - it exposes just enough of the screen top edge that it works once in a thousand tried making it see that the unit is defective. And it's an engineered in defect. The case itself is made as intended as every other feature of the unit is properly accessible while in the case, just not the top of the touchscreen.I have a theory about this. The manufacturer's branded case is 3X the price of this case, which appears identical in every was including materials of construction. I believe these are defective cases rebranded and sold at a deep discount from the manufacturer's branded case. Known defective merchandise.
