Great Customer Service
The first one I purchased had delayed timing and some of the buttons stuck. I returned it to Amazon and they gave me a refund. The seller reached out to apologize for the faulty controller, and offered to send me a free replacement. The customer service was excellent, and the new controller works great.

The 'Auto Turbo' Glitch causes issues but otherwise a great control
I loved this controller when i first got it. But it got stuck in an 'auto turbo' mode where it was just repeatedly pressing the same button in 'Turbo Mode' so it was virtually unusable... I had to return it, but the next controller didn't have that problem. Nintendo Switch.

Good controller with hall effect but has connection issues after awhile
Was a great controller and still is when it stays connected. It develops a pairing problem after about 3months. It gets really effn old repairing controller everytime. IDK what problem is. I even bought special Bluetooth adapter too! Gotta love ha effect controls. The button does squeek a bit. Now if it would stay connected! IDK if I would buy next version or not?

Wow! Really, really impressed with the quality of this controller
So here’s where I’m at. I’m a diehard PC gamer…KBM forever! Aim assist is just that, assistance with aiming, which I don’t need. Needless to say, my experience with controllers is very limited. I have a couple controllers because some games are just meant to be played with a controller or are significantly better with a controller, e.g., Rocket League, Fall Guys, and maybe Diablo IV. When I do use a controller, I use an Xbox Wireless Controller. They work well enough, though they’re a little fragile for my taste: One fell off my thigh and onto a carpeted floor 2 feet below and broke the joystick. I’m not concerned about that happening with this controller. This GuliKit doesn’t have that fragile feel to it at all.I was immediately impressed when I took it out of the box. The first thing I noticed was the plastic case that it came with. A very nice addition considering this thing lives in the drawer of my desk and is constantly getting pushed around. It’s nice to know that there’s some protection for it when I’m not using it. The second thing I noticed was the heft. It’s weighty and feels very well made. The controls felt smooth and premium, and the contour felt great in my hand.I’m still playing around with all the capabilities of it, but I was able to kick the Bluetooth on my desktop PC, add a device, and connect this to my PC in maybe 30 seconds. It was immediately recognized by the PC and the game. I would 100% order this over an Xbox controller the next time I need one.

A solid subsitute for the real thing
I've been using this controller for a month now. It's got some quirks that I think are mildly irritating. The face buttons have a decent response, but feel somewhat cheap. The triggers have a nice weight and travel to them, but the right trigger has picked up a squeak that you only notice when the game is quiet. One small nitpick is the placement of the extra buttons in the middle. I find myself looking for the pause/plus button and hit the home button instead. It's more of a muscle memory thing for me, rather than a design flaw. I'm sure I'll get used to it.The analog sticks are the star of the show. They feel like any other analog controller would. I wouldn't go into this expecting it to have a completely different feel, weight, or response. The expectation is that they will not wear out or drift like a conventional analog controller does. Maybe this is the sort of review to revisit in 6 months, rather than one month. But it feels high quality so far, and outside of the quirks and nitpicks, it is a very solid third party controller.

This is the best gaming controller on the market, hall effect thumbsticks. Easy bluetooth connectivity.

Fails at being a controller
This controller looks and feels great, but completely fails at being a functional controller. It frequently disconnects even when paired with a GuliKit adapter. The ABXY buttons started to squeak and stick after just a few hours of use.
