Cinderella 2 & 3 BD Retail [Blu-ray] [Region Free]

good for those of us who love a happy ending
Since I am a collector of the Disney animated movies, these seemed a good addition to the original Cinderellas, which also includes the wonderful Kenneth Branagh remake, and all the other 'princess' movies who are only retelling of the original tale. I would agree with other reviewers that Cinderella 2 is more a child's entry, but cheerful and sunny. Cinderella 3, where the evil stepmother gets hold of the fairy godmother's wand and chaos ensues, is darker. However, Lucifer gets more action in both of these. And since I love cats, who - like us - all have a dark side, I enjoyed them. I would say that Cinderella 3 might be heavy going for the under 6 set, depending on how sensitive the child is. C 3 also ignores that Anastasia found her true love in C 2, so continuity is not in evidence in these two outings.

Cinderalla films
It is great to have 2 films contained in 1 box which saves storage space. Both movies together were priced very reasonably too. This purchase upgrades my 2 DVD's in separate boxes to blue rays.

Good value
Two direct to video films on a single Blu-ray for less than £4. Not as good as the original but our daughter was really enjoyed both of them. Suitable for very young children.
