I’m a size 4.5uk and the small wasn’t big enough. I would go up a size. The company are fabulous to deal with and I had no issues with sorting my problem out

Comfortable and work
I've got size 11&½ feet and these are big enough to put the arch support in the right place.I didn't even notice I was using them.And so far I haven't distorted them either

Not for Me
These half insoles appear to be well-make and sturdy, but I am sorry to say I just couldn't get on with them. I found them too hard and you have to have just the right shape of shoe to fit them in. Full insoles seem to suit me better, but each to their own. Could be just the solution for other people.

Very good insoles
The media could not be loaded. These insoles are made well, like all insoles you need to wear them slowly for a few months to get used to them.The half style is all really needed for insoles and looks more like the medical professional style of making them. They feel unusual to start with, I have tried many and you always need to wear them and get used to them first.Received these for my very high instep and heel support.PROS :They are very well made. professional style look. Fit well ( although it would be good to try a larger size too, I am size 5 but if you have a wider heel these may be too small). pricing is good, with a reasonable average price.. good materials used.. Good advice on box and email to contact ( box could have been sealed a little better). No need to trim them.. Cons. Not enough padding / they need a larger round padding to the heel for more comfort. More padding needed also on the arch ( not quite high enough for my very high arch and it's hard so having the arch padded more would be wonderful and an improvement )So I will be wearing these now, as overall happy with them, If my experience changes, I'll update you with this.
