Have started taking this product and know it is helping me to sleep. However I have been experiencing headaches not sure if this is normal in the early stages?

Ordered these because on looking at images it clearly shows them as capsules. But on arrival they are in fact tablets. They do help with stress and sleep.

I use these to help with my poor sleep, mostly due to pain, they do appear to help. These are a new brand for me they appear to work as well as other brands I have tried. It’s difficult to assess as I take multiple medications but they haven’t made my poor sleep any worse. Since I’ve been using ashwaganda they do seem to help especially with relaxation and I also sleep slightly longer now than before I started taking them. I wouldn’t want to be without them now, so I’m guessing that there may also be a psychological effect for me. I also like the fact that you have a years supply in one bottle so don’t have to order every few months.They arrived quickly, and are the product I ordered.
